kitchen extract system

I contacted SIGMA EPD in October 2021 regarding the city centre based and high turnover Glasgow Chaophraya restaurant`s extractor system issue. The roof based one single fan had worn out and made so much noise that residents complained to the council because of noise pollution. Also, the fan did not extract the smoke properly from the ground floor-based kitchen and part of the smoke ventilated to the main dining room on daily basis as well. 

After carefully selecting SIGMA EPD out of three other companies, I contacted Densley, and we got the ball rolling. Densley Identified the air intake problem as well. He rectified the air intake issue and changed the mesh and filters in that section of the ventilation system. After a short discussion Densley and I agreed that the roof-based fan needed to be removed and replaced with 3 smaller energy saving fans. If one fan was to go down the other two could still operate and there would be no need to shut down the restaurant. The electrical works, scaffolding and proper engineering has been carried out. The bespoke made units have been installed and the new fans are much more effective than the original fan. 

I have trust in Densley and have asked him to look after the 3 Scotland based restaurants in terms of ventilation maintenance. Reliable, punctual, professional, and creative. Absolutely fantastic.
